Internet connection tests

A consistent internet connection allows for the best streaming experience on Kaeri TV.


To test the speed of your internet connection and ensure it meets our recommendations, first select your type of device:



If your streaming device doesn’t have a built-in speed test app or an internet browser, try doing a speed test on another device while you’re close to the streaming device — just make sure you’re connected to the same network.


These additional steps may help if your current speeds do not meet our recommendations.

Computer and mobile devices


  • Open your web browser

  • Go to speedof.me

  • Select Start Test

  • Compare the results to our recommendations



TV-connected devices


Fire TV Stick


  • From the home window of FireStick, select the option Search > Find option

  • Type in the keywords like ‘speed test’

  • Click ‘Speed Test’ in the search results

  • Next, click the app Internet Speed Test

  • Click Download or Get and wait for the app to install

  • Click Open when the app has installed

  • Click Start Test option

  • Wait for the test results




Smart TVs


Samsung Tizen smart TVs

  • Open the Internet Browser in the Smart Hub

  • Type Speed Test in the search tab

  • Select Begin Test

  • Compare the results to our recommendations
